Frank served on the Bakersfield Police Department for 32 years, investigating serious felony cases that required a unique approach. After retiring from BPD, Frank has spent the last 15 years working as a private investigator in Los Angeles, Kern, and surrounding counties. Frank volunteers his time with the Rotary Club, as a CASA volunteer, and with numerous other charitable organizations. We are so grateful to work with such a dedicated and experienced investigator as Frank.
